idk man, it's just wild how we've come so far yet have regressed on critical aspects to every day health. I'm planning to replace mine with a tankless unit in the next year or two when it packs up

Oh for sure there is. Blue collar is where I started, all crazy high end homes. Venetian glass wall sconces that are $5-$10k per pair type shit. They can and would pay whatever for solutions that look awesome and are awesome
