Tantoni is one of the traditional Turkish dishes that is usually cooked in the street stalls of southern Turkey and is prepared from very thin beef seasoned with various spices and herbs. The combination of meat, spices and herbs is cooked in special pans called tantoni pans

Delicious! I love the combination of spices and herbs in Tantoni. It's a flavor explosion in your mouth! I've tried it a few times when I was in Turkey, and it's always a hit. I highly recommend trying it if you ever have the chance.
