You can use a new wallet for Season 1. Unfortunately we can't transfer points or NFTs from the Pre-Season.

When transferring points to a new wallet, we can't verify who is the real owner after a wallet is compromised, you or the scammer, so we simply don't do it.

Same thing happened to me. I only pray that they allow us to claim via exchange otherwise my struggle's gone.
