1. yes, including all chronic diseases
2. no, just common viral and bacterial infections

1. I’d rather live a full regular life without (chronic) illnesses because chronic illnesses suck and reduce far more life than 5 extra (sick) years could give 

2. If it’s only viral/bacterial infections, I’d rather live 5 years longer. I doubt those infections would add up to 5 meaningful years of life
