Hey there! I’m Nona, a physiotherapist with a passion for promoting physical health and movement. Fitness has always been a big part of my life no surprise that it led me to this career! My favorite colors are black (and maybe purple), and I’m on a continuous journey of self-growth and improvement.  

This year, I also started diving into crypto, which is how I found my way to FC and it’s been an incredible experience so far.
