haven't made my way around generating/managing documentation with AI, but so far it helps me a lot with:
— a blank page problem. i'd load it with original request and brainstorm on ideas. primary use chatgpt/claude, and also figjam to create diagrams when i need those.
— when client comes up with a feature request like on the pic, it helps a lot with untangling it to the list of independent issues.
