so do you guys wear lots of layers or what cuz i'm freezing cold on walks in the morning and it's only like ~7 C

my typical setup is 2-3 layers
a long-sleeve shirt + a sweater or another shirt + winter jacket 

thermal underwear is also good

and then the scarf, gloves, and a hat 😝
i used to be much more reckless when younger, but now i care about comfort more than about looks, soooo

the most important part is to cover as much bare skin as you can, and you are good to go. especially if you walk fast enough, it's gonna be ok 😆
it's only 0 C now though, winters got a lot warmer than they used to, but we might get some -20/30 in jan/feb
