People use gadgets for communication, entertainment, and even shopping. However, as we depend more on technology, we may lose important skills like face-to-face communication or remembering things without help.
Many people rely on technology so much that it's hard to imagine life without it. For example, we use phones to talk to family, get directions, or find information online. Some people even use apps to track their health or to learn new things. This makes life more convenient, but also creates a sense of being always "connected."
A digital detox is when someone takes a break from screens and technology for a while. It helps reduce stress and allows time and it felt without checking my phone. It’s a great way to reconnect with the real world and feel more relaxed.
