Here's how this works:

Dune is primary.

Dune determines your allowance like clockwork.

Dune doesn't care if Neynar is delayed..

Because your allowance is based on engagement over time...
and because an entire day (or three...) is missing from your profile...

Your allowance crashes until Neynar catches up.

Allowance has been crashing for 9 days straight for me 

No clue what’s goin on but still engaging and hoping at some point it catches up

Dunno. Best I can offer is to make sure you're familiar with how the allowance formula works. Then keep at it and wait for the system to self-correct.
