Not sure about the criteria for PB but it makes no sense you losing it! Have you checked your storage situation? I lost my PB a while back for a few weeks and regained it the day after I bought more storage and brought it back in the positive range. If your storage is negative, it could be the reason for losing the PB

Never knew that! And I did check and found my storage -301

Just got extra storage

I'm not sure this fixes it, just noticed my PB coming back right after I bought more storage. Hope it works! If you get your PB back tomorrow, it would be a confirmation and this info might help a lot of people who lost their PBs
