I tried The New Bar in Venice, an “alcoholic free drink discovery platform”. TLDR: it could take a lesson from Impossible’s Pat Brown who always said the world won’t convert from meat to meatless unless it tastes just as good. non-alcoholic beer kinda has this down. wine, canned cocktails, etc gotta figure it

100% 😔 Non of the wines are there yet...or even really close. Most of the mixers miss too. One exception I found so far is Figlia. Mixed with seltzer 🤌actually very good and fun. Have bought multiple times, gifted, etc.. and seems to land!
