Greek salad in 10 minutes: dice 2-3 tomatoes, 1-2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, slice 1 red onion into thin half-rings. Add 100g pitted olives and 150g feta (cubed or crumbled). Dressing: 3-4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano. Toss gently and enjoy!
