must-haves:
• active on Farcaster
• history building in/around crypto
• 3 or more hours overlap with standard working hours, CST (0800-1800)
• extremely strong communication skills, written + oral
• high agency + autonomy + ownership, thrives with ambiguous requirements

nice-to-have experience:
• RDBMS, ideally postgres, schema design + normalization
• automated/unit testing + frameworks
• ops/devops/gitops, deployment, infra automation/infra as code
• distributed systems design

• solidity + smart contracts
• security controls + standards

I fail on the autonomous and ambiguous part... I don't see how I can work well without clear directions and overview of the problem.

I also see a lot of value working on the same problems with other engineers because it allows you to challenge the ideas of each other and avoid traps.
