Did they release the wallet to everyone ? I just got access lol. The onboarding process is not very cool btw.

I'm gonna be honest; I don't know how one makes a wallet inside an already complex app. I liked how it was made to incentivize the use of the core features. 

1. "Hey do that to earn a reward" => 2. "while you wait for your reward, why don't you try swapping and trading"

Currently researching tools and software to make real-time, fast & snappy crypto apps.

i do think swapping and trading won't be the primary use case for this wallet. the way i see it is just a way to keep all wallet actions self-contained and on the platform. and to that extent i find it quite useful, no more 3-4 step process with rainbow just to do an onchain transaction.

I'm not sure they're being so conservative with their vision: notice how they created a new wallet for it ?

If it was indeed to simply make your life easier they would have asked you to onboard your existing wallet.

I think the wallet address is also different from the address holding my FID.

Maybe they have bigger plans?

Why would they want to change it? You're not supposed to use this wallet for anything other than Farcaster related stuff I think

those are interesting points icl. i do think the fid is being held on a different wallet but i imagine there's a plan to change that eventually?
