I have never attended a talk in my life where I would not digest more information more quickly from a transcript. I’ve been to countless noteworthy talks from John Glenn to Carl Sagan to bell hooks. Knowledge is not the value proposition. Rizz and aura is— to plagiarize Gen-Z.
