Frames can check that qualifying criteria is met before allowing a user to proceed, which may include platform-centric activity such as liking or recasting a post or following a caster, or onchain activity such as holding a particular NFT or ERC-20 token, or trading a certain amount on a platform like Matcha.
Prior to launching frames, there were approximately 2,000 daily active users. Within a week, that number was 20,000, and there are now over 60,000 daily users from a total of 800,000 total users set up on Farcaster with more growth expected. The number of daily casts increased by more than 1000% with Frames, and currently sits at around 50,000 casts and 500,000 reactions each day.
