We need to teach people to clean up after themselves. Bags with garbage are thrown right off the balcony or out of the window (there are such people), at best they put them neatly at the entrance, religion does not allow them to take them to the trash. The teenagers hanging out at the entrances do not care much either, leaving a sea of scattered cigarette butts and empty bottles. Stop littering!
