I believe that you'll achieve success when you learn to listen to and trust yourself, and aren't afraid to change direction. Here’s my story: I worked at Puma for 11 years — started as a salesperson and grew into a regional manager. They promised me a great future — training in Austria, a move to the European headquarters. But at some point, I realized I was burned out, and even though it all sounded very tempting, it wasn’t my path.
The decision to walk away from stability was really scary. I had a stable career and great opportunities ahead, but the unknown was calling. Still, I chose to start from scratch. I became a fitness trainer and got into photo/video production. Now, I’m successful in this field, I train people, and I also have a big family — five kids. This is my path, and I feel like I’m in the right place. If I hadn’t taken that risk back then, I would’ve had everything… except happiness.
