Today I went to my favorite restaurant for curry udon. The udon here is a little different, using udon noodles that are completely black. This is because squid ink is kneaded into the noodles. The sticky texture and the dashi broth curry soup go very well together, and the crunchy chicken tempura topping adds to the delicious and enjoyable udon.
