phone depends on usage, between 3 and 8 hours, or even full day if I am not using it and stop some services to save battery 

laptop is a joke, even idle drains the battery 😅 using linux.. cannot imagine with windows and all these background processes haha

I rarely use my laptop now,
But i follow the 20-80 rule

Never below 20% and above 80% 
And monthly once 0 to 100 
Long life for lithium-ion batteries

You should upgrade the battery or upgrade to a new laptop.

I uses to follow 65-95 rule when at home and working fine on the phone, you know, never full or never empty

laptop charge has not been longer than now, just gets drained when using it, can last 2 hours, then connected all day.. anyway, it does not consume too much electricity.. but it is problem to use it as a laptop 😅
