to be explicit: the north star for @base is to grow the number of builders and creators onchain

creators and builders then generate the supply of use cases, content, etc that will onboard everyone else

everything we do is in this pursuit

If you have a post with 10,000 viewers
1% of them tip .50
that’s $50 direct to creator with none of the bad feelings of speculation involved for either party 

We have all the building blocks for this today but don’t do it because …. ? 

Too hard to socialize the behavior?
Profit motive — trading leads to many more txn for the chains and platforms? 
Content is actually valueless and no one will ever pay?

If that’s the case why are you not putting more energy into ideas like tipping? 

I’m sorry but it comes off as quite disingenuous when you say this is your North Star and then spend such a disproportionate amount of time pushing a specific app. Especially when that app has very limited interest outside of the coins you are creating (just look at the data).
