I’ve bought clankers on the 3rd second of trading before. How? I made a discord bot that alerts you on new @clanker deployments with quick trade links and other helpful info. It also alerts new @larrybot crowdfunds (some Larry features are a wip). Readme explains everything. https://github.com/benbodhi/clank

Super cool! Question - I am getting notifications for tokens which should not be meeting the criteria. Like this one in the screenshot - FID 904827 and 1 follower. Did I configure something wrong? I followed all the steps as in the ReadMe.

It will send messages for all tokens (except for tokens launched by accounts with zero followers, though o have seen a few of those get through too, might need to tweak the zero check)… the alert tagging is role based. You’ll need to setup roles to match and add to the env file, then select the roles you want to be tagged for. It’s explained in the readme 😊

Without roles setup, the messages will have different coloured embeds too. The lines on the left side. Blue is default, shades of purple according to FID and shades of green according to follower count. But the tags are the powerful curator. So you can just be alerted when an account with say over 100k followers deploys one. However, keep in mind that there’s a handful of large accounts and low FIDs that relentlessly deploy tokens. But by watching, you learn these things. Very handy bot, even if just for researching patterns.

Yeah 100%. My dumbass didn't realize roles is actually ROLES. I need to assign the ones I'm interested in to myself. I just blindly followed the steps (which were very helpful!)

Always happy to help. Lmk if anything isn’t working for you. Also, I’m aware the Larry progress tracking isn’t really working yet. Only the initial creation is working. I’ve been afk for a bit so haven’t been able to work on that. But clanker is working great. And you don’t need the redis stuff for clanker either, though I’m not sure it’ll all run properly without redis setup at this point, even though clanker doesn’t use it. I might separate and isolate both soon, so it’s easier to use just clanker alerts or vice versa.
