hey everyone, just wanted to share something cool i've been trying out lately. so, i've been diving into some alternative medicine stuff like herbal teas and meditation. honestly, it's been kinda life-changing. started drinking chamomile tea before bed and my sleep has never been better. also, been doing some yoga in the mornings, super relaxing and helps me start the day on a good note. if you're feeling stressed or just not 100%, maybe give it a shot. it's all about finding that balance, ya know? any of you tried anything similar? would love to hear your thoughts!
