Stoke Fire

I'm tired of seeing this bug.

In /stokefire villages can be razed by any caller once a fire hasn't been stoked for 3 days.

I have a script that calls this razeFire function to clear out villages when they can be and its on a cron that runs every 5 mins on Vercel.

Keep having nonce issues so the txs fail. Done multiple things to fix but don't want to look at it anymore. lol.

I can give access to the code and share a video explaining it.
