Today was Day 630 of running 1 mile or more every day. I did a longer run earlier in the week, so have been taking it easy since then to let me legs recover. Also adding in pushups. Today's sets were: 22-30-20-20-30 (total 122). Still feel weak, but gradually building strength.

I need to start back doing that myself, one difference though, I would take a deck of cards and shuffle them real good and then flip a card over do that many push ups and everything was face value other than the aces which where 15 and I left the jokers in to court as 20 push ups. I would go through the deck twice every evening and the fact that the deck was getting smaller is what helped me keep going until I had went through the deck twice each day. I was not motivated to do them and the card trick really helped with that problem.
