mind has yap patterns

one yap leading to another

in the process of that yapping a feeling

part of mind agrees with another yapping and that agreement results in feeling

since my contract was over few months back i have felt this chain of thought

mind knows your fears, it knows if i say this will be able to engage my attention towards it

"i'll be poor, never make money" ←→ "yes that's true" ← → "stop it" ← → "but it's true"...  net: :(

idk if this will make sense, and i am looking at the sky trying to write it down hoping it'll help someone to see these chain of thoughts and realise they are not me
