ADOBE secretly updated their 📄 ToS to force creators 👨🎨 into giving up their privacy and ownership over their creations. The new terms give Adobe "worldwide royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, distribute" or do whatever they want with any content 🎨 you produce using their software, incl. training their LLMs. 👀 After a massive backlash, they are about to reconsider the ToS update - as you see, it is highly important to stay vigilant today and become vocal‼️‼️‼️ https://techreport.com/news/adobe-backlash-update-terms-of-service/
