for sure, i can say a lot about this but simply since zora is media first, i don't see it as a memecoin launchpad objectively yes, subjectively no imo

ah my last part where i said objectively yes - i meant yes as in it's a memecoin launchpad but subjectively (imo) it's not because the intent (and UX) is the media i've talked about my opinion extensively the past few days- the purpose of zora hasn't changed in my mind - i upload stuff w/ the potential of earning

fair enough. I suppose Facebook and instagram arenβt that different in spirit but they are different enough that it causes major changes in how people / the network behave So perhaps being media-first in the UI instead of token-first actually makes a big difference

that's an interesting comparison (FB vs IG) yeah i feel like the intent and framing of the platform plays a great roll in how ppl perceive it i suspect a lot of us here are too close to the tech and technicals around it too don't think a non-crypto native will even fully understand the difference between standards so to them the backend is indifferent, they likely will focus and have opinions more so on the frontend this is all debatable ofc haha but we got options anyways if we don't like zora
