If I created a channel via @herocast, what needs to happen in order for it to be usable on @warpcast?

Not on the near-term roadmap, unfortunately. All of the channel iteration we're going to be doing for the forseeable future will be centralized. If it's working, will move to the protocol in 2024.

What would happen if I tried to create a channel on Warpcast with the same source uri as the channel I created via herocast?

The source URIs in the permissionlessly created channels aren't configurable. Optimized for speed for iteration right now.

Makes sense to me, iteration speed on the medium top prio

We can use FarcasterDelegator to put centralized channel ownership in the control of a shared account though, seems like a good next step
