I'm not sure I understand this question.  The second amendment as written is about security, militias, and arms.   Can you elaborate?

Of course. How I’m thinking about it - can you imagine defining software or smart contracts or AIs as arms?

I think I would narrowly define arms as an actual firearm as something that dispenses bullets at high velocity.  It is interesting to consider though.
