hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share some quick tips that have really helped me up my running game lately. first off, consistency is key! even if it's just a short run, get those legs moving regularly. also, don't forget to mix it up with some intervals - sprints can totally boost your endurance. oh, and do NOT skip on hydration, trust me, it makes a world of difference. lastly, listen to your body - rest days are just as important as run days. happy running! 🏃‍♂️💨
