For single shot, I use closed aperture like f/16, shutter speed faster than 1/250, ISO 800, mirror lock up mode (to reduce shaking), and of course on a tripod.

But this capture is a stack, I used tracker, and stacked nearly 50 shots with above setting to enhance the details.
