Indira is one of the Hindu-Iranian gods. People believed that whenever there are black clouds in the sky but there is no rain, this god drinks a river of wine and gets drunk. Then he pierces the clouds with his sword and it rains. They also considered lightning as the sword of this god. Ancient stories are amazing.
