now its time for pepsi! Founding and early history The first Pepsi-Cola was created by Caleb D. Bradham (1866–1934), a pharmacist in New Bern, North Carolina. Hoping to duplicate the recent success of Coca-Cola, Bradham named his sweet cola-flavored carbonated beverage Pepsi-Cola in 1898.

In fact, Pepsi-Cola is an American multinational beverage and food company headquartered in New York. And from this office, it also provides production, distribution and marketing services. Pepsi-Cola was founded in 1965 by the merger of Pepsi and Frito-Lay.
