$DEGEN Our life surface is limited. We are constantly faced with realities that are beyond our control and sometimes we cannot see that they arise from the realities of our lives and relationships. This is where the mind makes us escape from realities and experience feelings that are painful and awaken to distort the inside and outside. Therefore, loneliness is not a feeling at all. It is the result of our mental searches and reactions to escape from the feelings, thoughts and realities of human life in the face of emotional closeness.
