Triathlon World Championships, Pro Men, bike to run transition. These guys are finishing the 40k bike and about to begin the 10k run. Some of them will run it in under 30 minutes…that’s more than 6 miles at sub 5 minute mile pace after swimming and biking.

Wow!!! It hit me bad
I was playing laser tag with my friends a while ago and I got sick and nauseous like I pushed my body too hard 
But it was nothing, I feel so bad for this and it takes a lot of time and progress and patience to fix it, what in my world its all attached to money level and my level is on the fckn floor
