I鈥檓 home now I went in for a herniated disc. I was offered surgery and was told I鈥檇 benefit from having an artificial disc in place so I went through with it. I hadn鈥檛 shared it out and open like that yet and I felt ready since I was finding it difficult to get up and be active this morning

It really was Always really unsure if you鈥檙e going to get better or worse and you won鈥檛 know till weeks or months after.. Feeling hopeful but also in pain still
