I was alone tonight, so I went out for tsukemen. Tsukemen is a type of ramen where the noodles and soup are served separately. I remembered to take a picture right after my first bite 😇

You dip the noodles into the soup to eat it. The soup is thicker than regular ramen, which is one of its main features.
