Curious: Why doesn't eth_estimateGas provide estimatedGasUsed and estimatedGasRefund? These metrics are already in Geth's Estimate method, in today's complex Ethereum transactions involving multiple contracts, knowing actual gas costs post-refunds would be very nice and useful info. Is there a plan to add this feature?
