that bookmark icon is not easily available and is hidden behind a tap it should be available like on X posts for fast bookmarks bonus points if you make it so long press on heart would both like and bookmark at same time

Coming from Solana, I find Ethereum confusing How do I actually get Coinbase BASE token I tried to do it via uniswap and see this I guess no one uses L1 on Eth right? Want to fill up my farcaster wallet with something that was not L1 eth with its fees.

Can someone explain me why Warpcast doesn’t send cast when I press Cast button? Why do I have to press Cast now button too every time. Is there a setting to have it like X? 🙏

Having to go through extra ‘send cast’ view on every post/reply 😿 The ‘Cast now’ one. Makes using the app not enjoyable with such friction in interacting.

With different X like networks coming up. I realize I can only see myself using ones where likes are open for all to see. Which is X and Warpcast. Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads all hide likes and I truly don’t get why..

I ask as there are some things missing for me to actually use the app but it’s same story as X, I can’t do much about it except build whole new app I guess Just feels odd to try compete with Bluesky but keep code closed. Or is Warpcast actually open code? 🤔

Is Warpcast the only good Farcaster iOS client right now? Is there anyone building open source Warpcast? I find Farcaster pretty useless if the main development of the app is done behind closed doors.

Probably better to just focus on building my own X clone though inside Learn Anything. To move/experiment faster at least.

Thinking of building my own Warpcast iOS app. With things like long press on like button to bookmark. It seems Warpcast is closed source so can’t PR them. But with Farcaster being open protocol I can build all the features that Warpcast has, right?
