The ancient stone towers of Sichuan Province, China, soaring to heights of up to 60 meters, rival even modern skyscrapers. Carbon dating led by researcher Frederic Darragon suggests these "Himalayan skyscrapers" date back between 1000 and 1800 years. Darragon stumbled upon these towering structures in 1998 during snow leopard research and dedicated five years to documenting their unique design and structure. Despite this, the towers’ original purpose and creators remain a mystery, leaving many to wonder what secrets these architectural marvels still hold within their walls.
