1/ Elon musk said in joe rogan's show that george soros is a "system hacker". he said that it was a "gigantic scam". it involved millions of ngos and about 10k+ large ngos. and it works like this: set up a non-profit, give it a nice name, lobby politicians, then rake in billions of dollars in taxpayer money.

4/ x is down. twitter (now 'x') was reported down. according to investigation, an ip from ukraine was responsible for the attack. soros has strong tie with ukraine and possibly linked with a lot of ngo funded by usaid.

5/ elon musk started following the money from usaid. it is one of the most 'corrupt' agencies according to musk. he said that it doesn't follow trump's executive order regarding the halt of providing aid to ukraine. musk's doge started investigating and found out that a lot of usaid-funded ngo were actually a scam.

I don’t believe the “fraud/conspiracy” narrative; it’s just x/twitter fodder…used to sow a campaign of distrust/defamation of the federal government/employees. This is most likely the consequences of his/DOGE destructive actions that have impacted a large and diverse swath of people.
