Had my mind blown last night playing Pixel Survivors by @volks  

Best game I’ve played on Farcade by far (and I have a grip of favorites)

Playable enough as a first timer to figure it out. It’s like if nokia era snake had a kid with nes zelda (not exactly obvi but can’t unthink now lmao). Gameplay shots👇1/7

2/ It’s got level bosses from lv.1

Core gameplay is simple: stay alive by maintaining distance from and dealing damage from afar to the blobs that never stop following you around an infinite grid

3/ It doesn’t take too crazy long to meet level bosses, but it gets progressively more challenging to murder them and hoover up the mega cluster of crystals they leave behind

4/ You lob damage out at blobs using an upgradable array of different weapons that you can buy using the crystals you absorb if you get close enough to after killing them

5/ I was trying to take not shit screenshots while also trying not to die cuz I didn’t know I could pause gameplay, so I might not have upgraded weapons and things in the most strategically sound order 😅

6/ I’m not good at games but managed to not do terrible on my second play 

Kinda wish there was a mini-pixel map to aid grid navigation, but solid first impression nonetheless

7/ Don’t shoot me but imo things like Pixel Survivors are just a thoughtful coin model away from a system that could benefit players, capital, and creators

Games can get internet huge. Folks will actually pay for good ones. Also FC wallets hold like $400M in dry powder 👀
