How long does this take to deposit? 

I deposited some and can't stake anything

So the $fed crowdpool will graduate into an actual LP Reward Campaign that you can stake your $fed LP position to to earn $fed rewards once the crowdpool has 500M $fed (currently about 50% of the way to that target) 

So nothing $fed related that is stakable currently

If you are a $refi holder tho you can stake that and you’ll have exposure to 5% token rewards of every new LP Reward Campaign that goes live on rebase (incl. the $fed campaign once that goes live)
