you're always chasing the dragon when building consumer 

but golly, when you get those onboarding events and big user growth spikes it's worth it. overtime though if you figure out how to increase q/daus, even if the overall growth is slower, you're able to balance the emotions out, at least a bit

New people spikes is fun, but when someone irl tells you that they freaking love your product and follow through with sharing how they actually use it, that’s what gets me going, at least for now
