new on warpcast: trending follow recommendations

the notification aims to solve 2 problems:
- new people should be able to build a quality audience faster
- existing users should be able to jump on new metas without spending hours on the app

we are very thoughful on how we send it: it only triggers once many people you follow, follow a new person in a short timespan

as always, you can turn it off in the notifications and shoot me any feedback 🤝

Why wouldn't U just promote these users in the main feed whilst trending? 

Then users can decide if they want to follow or not and we don't get pinged ?
