steamed sausage with a buttered up toasted bun with melted cheddar inside,then add ketchup, mayo, relish, mustard, then onions and coleslaw on top.

don’t forget the coleslaw β€” the original way is with « traditional slawΒ Β» but i lile them with the « creamy slawΒ Β» if i’m making them at home
