today was just one of those awesome winter days. woke up to a blanket of snow covering everything, making the world look like a postcard. took the dog out for a walk, and we both had a blast jumping around in the snow. later, met up with some friends and hit the slopes for a bit of skiing. i'm not gonna lie, i wiped out a couple of times, but it was all good fun. nothing beats that feeling of the cold wind on your face and the rush of going downhill. ended the day with some hot cocoa by the fireplace. winter days like this make me love the season even more.
