differences between popup cities and summer camps

i have my own answers, but curious how people perceive the relationship between these two as i haven't seen anyone comparing them yet

difference in mindset, goals individually and as a group

summer camps are entertainment and relax, popup cities are to work and imagine 

factual differences as of identity, legal, economical of physically being present is pretty much the same as in a summer camp haha, except the blockchain tech

Summer Camps implies only during a specific season and there will be team building activities but not as much individual work.

popup cities implies urban areas and some collective things but otherwise being more individual with your time is ok too
