Once you prove your a regen, you will be able to start tipping fellow regens You do that by commenting “[amount] $REGEN” - but don’t exceed your allowance!

How do you prove you’re a regen? Use the Proof-of-Regen to calculate your score and allowance - if you have activity on @giveth, @gitcoin, @octant, @celo, @nouns, etc… you will increase your score!
